RedGo Development is nearing final approval for a major mixed-use project off the Limerick-Linfield interchange of Route 422 that is estimated to cost more than $100 million.
The project at 508 North Lewis Road will be called Lewis Square. The plan calls for the construction of approximately 300 senior living apartments built over three phases and approximately 90,000 square feet of professional office, retail, restaurant, health-care, and bank space.
The plan evolved after about 15 iterations drawn up between the developer with township input, said Fred Goebert, president of RedGo. “We knew we wanted to make it mixed-use. We knew we wanted the components of office, retail and residential,” Goebert said. “The mix was difficult to come by.”
