RedGo Development has led commercial real estate development in Southeastern Pennsylvania since the 1960s.  Its first project in 1969 was a 600,000-square foot, multi-tenant flex/industrial park.  The property, Willowbrook Business Park, is still owned and managed by RedGo today.  Almost thirty years later, the company has amassed a portfolio of office and industrial properties. Additionally, several smaller companies were born as a result of the original real estate venture, and construction and property management capabilities were added as core services.

Under the present-day leadership of Fred Goebert, RedGo has purchased over eight properties, which have a combined value of over $100 million. Building on the reputation of its founding company, Chester County Fund, RedGo focuses its efforts on development and redevelopment projects, and direct acquisitions that showcase the firm’s commitment to quality. With a construction division that delivers its projects on-time and on-budget one hundred percent of the time, and a property management division that has a reputation for its responsiveness and high customer satisfaction ratings, RedGo has made a name for itself as a quality organization that delivers quality results.
